Located only 25 minutes from Brisbane's CBD, Brookwater Golf Club is undeniably the most spectacular golf facility in Queensland. Designed by Greg Norman, the magnificent 6,505 metre par-72 course meanders its way through naturally undulating Australian bushland, with each fairway lined with towering eucalypts on either side. The layout uses Greg's signature bunkering, elevated tees and natural water carries to provide a golfing experience that is unique to the Australian golfing landscape. Since opening in March 2002, Brookwater has risen to Australia's highest golfing ranks, being named Australia's No. 21 and Queensland's No. 1 golf course by Golf Australia in 2008. Brookwater is a spectacular Australian golf course that will challenge and delight golf enthusiasts of all levels.The club's outstanding $6 million, 8,500 square foot clubhouse is open and welcoming in true Australian character whilst making the most of the sun, breezes and views. In addition to offering guests luxury amenities, the club includes a dining area, private and public banquet rooms, a full service bar, and locker rooms with showers. The magnificent design builds on the beauty of Brookwater's natural surroundings, using both the wood and stone of the area as well as drawing from the inspiration given by the tall eucalypt trees. Using silver grey columns supporting the soaring overhead canopy of the roof, a huge floor-to-ceiling glass wall presenting guests with a 270° panoramic view of the course.
