	Ryan Walls Senior Vice President & Managing Director Ryan Walls is a 20 year member of the PGA of America who began his career with Troon Golf in 1996. Ryan has held a range of roles throughout his time with Troon with most of his time managing corporate programs and overseeing numerous facilities as Vice President, Operations. He moved to Australia in 2005 and was promoted to Senior Vice President overseeing the company's Australia Pacific Division from the corporate office in Brisbane. After two years, Ryan relocated back to the USA in 2007 to oversee Troon's key equity assets, operational compliance and retail, as well as a portfolio of properties. He has returned to Australia to now oversee the Australia, Asia and Pacific region which currently has 14 facilities in its portfolio.

	Marcus Fishenden Director of Operations - Asia Marcus has 17 years experience in the golf industry and has worked in both China and Japan. In addition to extensive concept creation and development experience, Marcus' strong analytical skills were instrumental in identifying revenue and expense opportunities during the turn around of operations Troon's Japan properties, including Phoenix Seagaia. He was also a member of Troon Golf team performing over 250 golf course due diligence projects throughout Japan and Asia on behalf of Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Ripplewood Holdings, Lehman Brothers, the Soros Fund and others. Marcus has day to day operational responsibility for our projects in Asia. Marcus speaks, reads and writes fluent Japanese, and has spoken skills in Mandarin. Marcus holds a BA in Asian Studies from the University of British Columbia.

	David Townend Director of Business Development - Asia David Townend is a 23 year member of the PGA of Australia and has lived and worked in Asia for the past 19 years, including stays in China, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. In addition to his extensive Asia-Pacific experience, David possesses an impressive portfolio in all areas of club and hotel management and has been responsible for pre-opening and operations management at numerous highly acclaimed facilities, including Troon Golf Australia’s most awarded facility, Brookwater Golf Club and China’s most exclusive private facility and host venue of the WGC HSBC Champions, Shanghai Sheshan Int’l Golf Club. David’s experience as a General Manager includes operating exclusive private member-only clubs, semi-private clubs, public access facilities and resorts. He was involved in the inauguration of the Asian Golf Course Owners’ Association and has participated as a presenter at several key Asian golf industry conferences. David is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and possesses language skills in Mandarin, Japanese and Bahasa Malayu.

	Harry Kim Business Manager - Korea Harry Kim has over 16 years' of management experience in the hospitality business industry. Prior to joining Troon Golf in 2008, Kim served in the hospitality industry for 14 years, including positions with Sheraton, Sofitel and VASP Brazilian Airline as Sales & Marketing Manager. Kim is responsible for overseeing operational activities at the facilities in Korea.

	Nick Stewart Director of Sales & Marketing Nick Stewart joined Troon Golf in 2002 and currently oversees all sales & marketing activity in the Australia, Asia and Pacific region. Prior to joining Troon he worked for a number of leading Sports Management companies in London, Chicago, Toronto and Sydney. During his tenure at Troon Golf he has also undertaken assignments in The Azores, Qatar, New Zealand, Fiji and South Korea. Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Business and has post graduate qualifications in Marketing.

	David Hogben Director of Operations David has been a member of the PGA of Australia for the past 13 years and has been a part of the golf industry for the past 20 years in various roles, he joined the Troon Golf team in 2005. During his time in the Australian golf industry David has compiled an impressive portfolio in all areas of club and hotel management and has been responsible for pre-opening and operations management at a number of highly acclaimed facilities. David’s experience as a General Manager includes operating upscale residential golf clubs, semi-private clubs, public access facilities and hotel resorts in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. David is responsible for the day to day operations of the company's projects in Australia.

	David Lunardelli Director of Agronomy David Lunardelli has over 20 years experience in golf course construction and maintenance. He has held senior positions at some of Australia's leading golf courses, the most recent being as Superintendent at Brookwater Golf Club, Queensland's No. 1 course. David's experience also extends to course construction and development. David has Post Graduate qualifications in Crop Science from Sydney University and has now assumed the role of Director of Agronomy for Troon Golf Australia, Asia and Pacific.

	Richard Murphy Corporate Controller Richard Murphy has worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years. He studied a Bachelor of Business at UQ, majoring in Hospitality Management. Thereafter, Richard undertook extensive travel throughout Australia and the UK working with the Sheraton and Crest hotel groups. Financial management has become his focus in the last 10 years, successfully completing a Master of Accounting and attaining CPA status in 1999. Richard worked as a Group Financial Controller for a public companyfor several years before working in remote Australia as a consultant to community based boards in natural resource management. Richard re-joined the Hospitality and Leisure industry by commencing with Troon in February 2008.

	Vanessa Andrew National Marketing Manager Vanessa Andrew joined Troon Golf in 2010 in the role of National Marketing Manager. Vanessa is a qualified marketing professional with a Bachelor of Social Science (Recreation and Tourism) from the University of Newcastle and has more than ten years’ experience implementing strategic marketing and communication plans for the retail, tourism and property sectors. Vanessa’s most recent role was with a Queensland property developer, holding responsibility for positioning the region as a ‘new’ city. Within this role she developed and delivered project-based marketing plans and campaigns for Greater Springfield and associated commercial and community projects. Prior to this Vanessa worked for Brookwater Golf Club, Queensland’s No. 1 Golf Course, Troon Golf (in a joint role) and for Westfield, the world’s largest retail property group.

	Kathy Karibalis Administration Manager Kathy Karibalis has recently joined Troon Golf in the position of Administration Coordinator. Kathy has completed a Bachelor of Business in Tourism Management and has over 10 years experience in Administration, Office Management and Marketing positions. Her previous roles have included Marketing Manager for a Migration Law firm; EA / Marketing Coordinator in the Recruitment industry and Sales & Marketing in the Tourism and Hospitality Sector.
